There was a 2 stage network event on 24 June 2019.

Some clients experienced network loss from 8 pm to 10 pm  CDT.

In addition network was down for some clients from 10 pm to 4 am.

The problem was isolated to our Core Switch which locked up and began working when rebooted.

We have plans to remove this device from  our architecture and eliminate this point of failure.

Additional network improvement measures will be the topic of a future announcement.
